They say customers are always right and I agree with this...if I were in real estate, I would think of the buyers first and that is just what Windermere Real Estate is about. They are a buyers agency in Orlando, Florida and they put the needs of the buyers first and not the sellers. Orlando has a great diversity like never before with it being a tourist town and having many satisfied year round residents as well. There are many nice old homes in the historic districts and for those wanting a high rise, there are several downtown with an excellent view.
Orlando also welcomes more tourists a year more so than the whole state of California and they now have seven theme parks.
